‘Fuck my Life’ says Max into the cold, dark night after a desolate evening amongst the fiends- a.k.a. the wretched souls addicted to the prescription drugs he peddles- very much without a prescription.
Little does he know that his life is about to take a turn for the worse when he stumbles upon Lily, a pretty young woman- visibly hurt and on the run from two unknown assailants. She has been able to lose them in the darkness... unfortunately, she has also lost her memory- and with it, all its knowledge of who she is and what happened to her...
As Lily and Max embark on a journey to find her identity, they soon find that their lives are already connected deep in the fabric of the universe- or, rather, the grimy streets of LA and the gangs that run them. In fact, Max’s suppliers happen to be the very same people on a mission to destroy Lily- and everyone associated with her.
Can Max and Lily solve the mystery before they are discovered? Will Max stay loyal to the gang or protect his new friend? And who is the beautiful, yet mysterious woman with the scarred face infiltrating Lily’s dreams... and nightmares... Her enemy? Lover? Or both...
There is only one way to find out- confront the shadows of the past. Even if it means crossing swords in a final fight to the death....
Katarina’s life journey began in Germany, where she started writing poetry and short stories at a young age. Many years and a degree in Film & Drama later, she found work in the entertainment industry as an actress, writer, director and, in a fascinating twist of fate, a professional wrestler. She became the first European woman to be signed to industry leader WWE and gathered priceless experience as both an on-screen performer and scripted fight choreographer, with her contests airing on major television networks in over 100 countries.
Eventually, she made her way out to Los Angeles to focus on her #1 passion: compelling storytelling through a visual medium- also known as film. As an actress, her work has been shown in theaters across the world, as well as Netflix and Amazon. As a film-maker, she has completed several short films and commercials as well as a 13-episode web series and is now making her feature film debut.
